Free health care in America

Nothing is free, you pay for it one way or another unless you are completely outside the system you live in. If one relies solely on themselves as scary a thought as that is (to rely on oneself than to give up a few beans to the folks who don't give a damn about you and make empty promises, but hey they pay some of it don't they?) people lived for years without all of this, I'm sure we could squeek by for another few centuries if we really wanted to. My advice, quit *****ing and do what it is in your nature to do, overall, educate yourselves and act accordingly.

Really? My history book says that people who lived in ages past, years before modern medicine was available, had significantly shorter lifespans, being more vulnerable to death by some ugly disease.

Seriously, I gotta ask the anti-health-care group: What is with this fascination of making it harder for some people to live?
