What does Undisclosed mean? Aren't you either a male or a female?

Perhaps RF asks the wrong question. If they want to know your sex, they should ask for your sex. Why do they feel the need for contrived euphemisms?

That's the definition when the word is used in grammar. When applied to people it refers to male or female identity, which may include both physical and behavioral aspects.
