Without the first letter ALEPH, it could be a Hebraic term to refer to the word yihab, the garment worn by muslim women ... or related to it.

It could be read as Ihab which means gift in Arabic.


ETA I just re-read the original post on another forum and the writer claims that the user claimed it means "I love you".
So I presume that the user was trying to make a construct from לאהוב (to love).
