Greetings fellow Earthlings.

I hope you are enjoying your experiences here on the forum today.

Yes - it is one of the biggest questions - what is the meaning of my life?

Different people will come up with different answers to that question - we are all unique after all!

If you want a couple of suggestions - you could do a LOT worse than read this site -

If you feel lost or unhappy with how your life is playing out, the first step is to start thinking about what you value in life. Going through the process of identifying these core values can empower you to live a life full of meaning and purpose—sometimes referred to as "living intentionally."

What follows is a mental exercise that is adapted from a popular acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) exercise1 to help you discover your core values and live a purpose-driven and meaningful life. Though this exercise doesn't take long to complete, if done properly, it can have long-lasting effects in helping you to live a life full of meaning.

Use This Mental Exercise to Help You Find Meaning in Your Life

Wishing you all the very best!

I came out as a Nurturing Iconoclast. But then I always do. :)

Is meaning found, or created?

Good question!?

Just off-the-top-of-my-head I would say your life has meaning when you start treating your fellow beings with kindness & compassion.

Does that mean it is created by each individual?

I tried to remember a greater good article about this topic abut couldn't find it.

Instead found this vaguely related piece about compassion -
