Ever witnessed a miraculous healing?

I've received a lot of psychological, spiritual, and emotional healing, but don't think I would qualify that as miraculous.

So the answer for me is no I have not witnessed a miraculous healing. Have you?

My friend Lisette was diagnosed with a inoperable brain tumor and given a life sentence of months. It disappeared after prayer

Emily had stage 4 cancer - doctors don't have an explanation why it wasn't there after previous positive diagnosis.

there are others.

Such healings are possible through transfer of prana or chi, and I have witnessed one myself. But I do not consider it miraculous.

Such things are also commonly visible in healing systems like reiki and pranic healing. A relative of mine who practiced reiki was able to tangibly build up heat in my open palm with his palm on top without touching, as a demonstration of his skill in reiki. He used his reiki skills to mitigate his son's asthma issues.

What? Me worry?
Actually had one done on an arthritic hip about 45 years ago. Wasn't done in a church setting or by a "holy" man.

I have seen a claim of spiritual healing of leukemia, and knew the individual involved. The problem of the claim of spiritual healing is that the anecdotal value of the claim is very high and inconsistent in that many if not most do not heal and die of the terminal illness.

Research has shown the percent of successful healings by prayer is the same as spontaneous healings that are known without prayer.

The only miraculous healing I've seen was through a doctor. Healing from faith healers tends to leave people dead.

I was able to regain my sanity after my first week on RF. Does that count?

Almost 2 years ago I fell and landed with all my weight on my elbow. It popped out of socket, broke in several places, and tore all kinds of ligaments right out.

After being rushed to the hospital, my arm (right arm) was set back into the socket, the pieces of bone were screwed back in, and my ligaments were reattached (all this done in same day surgery, BTW). After a period of healing, and a period of physical therapy, I'm able to use my arm within about 95% of my previous range of motion. Thanks to the skill of the orthopedic surgeon who worked on me, I'm able to do everything I was able to do before.

Modern medicine, and the capability of these hard working specialists, seems pretty miraculous to me. :)

No.
Bodies are designed to heal themselves.
Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t.
The only miracle, is the body itself.

The doctors operated on his pancreatic tumour, he had an 11 hour operation and a 3kg tumour was removed.
He's back on the road
