Depends on the neighborhood.
Most people hit up the wealthiest area of town in hopes of getting the best candy.
However, I find its not the wealthiest, but the highly comfortable area of town that gives out the best candy. They're also not as heavily hit, so they tend to give out more as well.

Depends on the area I think. Some give better treats then others.
