Does there have to be a link to religiosity in society

I hope you'll forgive me victor, but this suddenly struck me as a valid question; you have made it obvious that you believe that there has to be an element of Religion in 'the law'. Do you think that it is impossible to govern purely from a humanist morality?

I am interested in knowing where, specifically, Religion is a necessary component.
