Does Kalki Really Come as Skanda?

Kalki comes to fight the Adharmic behavior, and eventually removes it by Fire to bring in Satya Yuga (Kalki Purana)...

Krishna promises that he shall be as Skanda to fight sinful behavior before Mahapralaya (Bhagavad Gita); so is Kalki actually Skanda before Satya Yuga, as he comes as Destroyer (Shiva), not Restorer (Vishnu)?

There are parallel beliefs about the all true Lord(God) coming in this World (earth). The True Saviour Coming in end time Jesus Christ (Messiah) who will kill the Antichrist Satan Dragon Vishnu(Kalkin) who will kill the Kali Demon Satan who will come to end the present age of darkness and destruction known as Kali Yuga. Mahdi who will kill the Dajjal (similar to the Antichrist in Christianity.) Buddha (maitreya) who will kill The mara demon (In Buddhism, Mara is the lord of misfortune, sin, destruction and Death.)
