How many of you regularly practice gratitude?

What things are you grateful for? Do you do a daily journal as many experts recommend.

Actually, we have a daily planner that includes a part that says "What are you grateful for today"

along with:

Today God is tell me....
Today I have learned....
Today I have improved my physical heath by...
and, Notes:

Being grateful is an ingredient for continued health.
