Yeah, I don't mind it.
I like it.
Meh. I don't dislike it. But I don't think I'd ever seek it out on my own.
We have just harvested our small apple tree of around 50 or so apples. They are not the best eaters so... Half dozen apples pies and enough sauce to last for a few months are bagged and put in the freezer..?

Roast pork with crackling and Apple sauce is a blissful marriage,not too tart or sweet,I personally like it cooked and soft.
