Questions for y'all

Does either family or the woman or man pay a dowry?

Is intermarriage between faiths allowed?

Age allowed to marry?

Engagements?

Is Pre-Martial Sex Allowed?

How is Marriage defined (man and man, woman and woman, man and woman)?

Is marriage required?

Is divorce okay?

Not by religiouss practice.

Yes. (We don't differentiate that strongly between faith traditions)

Legal age, or parental consent.

Not necessary.

Generally, no, but there is no ecclesiastical law against it. Most people don't poke their noses into others' bedrooms.

In our denomination, there is no centrally-enforced doctrine. Many congregations would only marry male-female. Some (where it's legal) would marry same-sex.

No.

Sometimes, even preferable, if the situation is dire or dangerous.
