Devotees of the Left Hand Path, are you a vegan, a vegetarian, or a meat eater? Do you believe your choice of diet has affected your spiritual awareness?

I consume a great deal of protein, mostly in the form of lean beef, eggs, beans, chicken breasts, and protein shakes. It’s helps with my workouts, recovery, and general fitness objectives. I also enjoy a lot of fruit (mostly oranges and nectarines) and salads (mostly raw spinach and tomato). I drink plenty of water and try and avoid coffee, soda, sweets, and high fat foods as much as possible. Though, maybe once every two weeks or so I’ll eat a pizza. Aside from a good medium rare steak, my favorite food is probably sushi (red tuna sushi and Black Dragon rolls), but that happens only on special occasions.

Also, I’m not sure “follower” is the best term for those forging a left hand path of our own.
