They may be. These are only the obvious charges that can be made. It is all but guaranteed that some will be charged with more severe crimes as they gather more evidence. Since these people are a threat to American democracy the FBI wanted to arrest as many right away as possible. A little patience is needed for the more severe charges Some of them will be bailed out and free on their own waiting trial when they are likely to be rearrested for new charges. Something that they will all have to liv with even if they make bail.An entry you sometimes see here in the Charges column is 'with intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions,'
I think these people could be charged with sedition:
