Deja-Vu...?

I would really like to hear your opinions as to what Deja-Vu might be.

How would you explain it?

I think its due to a lag in the 2 hemispheres of your brain in processing something. One does it slightly before the other, creating the sensation you've done whatever it is before.

your mind is like a recorder. So when you see things your mind trys to put it with somthing you have seen before. If the place or the emotion of the place is like a place you have been before but you can't remember what it is b/c it is a vage memory then you get Deja-vu. Its kinda like an optical allusion of the mind.

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I'm very close to Maille's approach to the phenomenon. I attribute deja-vu to karma in light that parallels are triggered from time to time by way of our mental make up to which we identify patterns in things.

At times I entertain the thought of past lives surviving as karmic imprints of which could trigger the more unexplainable aspects of deja-vu. This would arguably fall in the paranormal category, but it's just personal speculation and musing on my part ATM.
