Cosmic Inflationary Epoch

It is believed that the inflationary epoch lasted between 10^36 to 10^33 or 10^32 seconds after the Big Bang. It is also believed that the origin of our universe was brought on by Quantum fluctuations at the microscopic level. The significance of which continues to impact Physics on a large scale. My question is: Could these Quantum fluctuations produce other large scale structures post-inflationary epoch within today's universe? Or do Quantum fluctuations only arise in a void?

Those exponents are supposed to be negative. Big difference.

Fluctuations *before* the inflationary epoch do expand to be variations *after* that epoch, but further quantum fluctuations do not have significant effects because they remain small (are not expanded out do to inflation).
