He may be Spartacus, and take that massive risk (LOL!), that he did in the confirmation hearing, but raw courage and bravery ( bwaaaa ha ha ha!) means jack as far as management skills. Mom and Pop Spartacus didn´t pass it on to sprout Spartacus, nor did he learn it at the self sacrificing hero academy.
