Confusing Tamil word(s) in Andal's Thiruppavai

Jaskaran Singh

Divosūnupriyaḥ
I came across the following verse from the 17th pAsuram of the Tiruppavai, but I don't know what it means...
உம்பர் கோமானே! உறங்காது எழுந்திராய்
I know that உறங்காது means quit sleeping and that எழுந்திராய் means to arise or wake up, but what does உம்பர் கோமானே mean?

Really? No response...
Edit: I've found out that உம்பர் (umpAr) means celestials, or greater/heavenly beings, but I still have no idea what கோமானே (kOmAne) means...
Edit Again: Nevermind, I've found out from Tamilcube.com that கோமானே is merely a Medieval variant of கோன் (kON), which means king, so the full verse should be translated around the lines of: "Oh King of Deva-s, stop sleeping and arise!"
