Can anyone tell me what this means

I have a picture hanging in my house as with many more religious pictures, but this one has always bewildered me.

It reads: CB JOBAH KPCTИTESb, then on a ribbon which looks like it is on Jesus, reads NOKANorHE CJA

I hope someone can tell me a little about this.

If I am able or allowed to place a picture on let me know and I will do so.

Agreed; in the meantime I'd throw up the guess that the first part refers to St. John the anointed.
