Break fast when night appears and make it when dawn appears

[002:187] Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives. They are your garments and ye are their garments. God knoweth what ye used to do secretly among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now associate with them, and seek what God Hath ordained for you, and eat and drink, until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast Till the night appears; but do not associate with your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques. Those are Limits (set by) God: Approach not nigh thereto. Thus doth God make clear His Signs to men: that they may learn self-restraint.

Wrong Acts :
01. Breaking the fast while there is enough daylight .
02.Refrain from eating and drinking while there is enough darkness .

Right Acts:
01. Breaking the fast when the darkness of night appeared in the west sky .
02. Refrain from eating when the white thread of light may appear in the east sky .

Qur'anic definition of 'Night' (Al-Layl/الليل) :

01- It is the opposite of day (An-Nahar/لنهار) :

[028:072] Say: See ye? If God were to make the day perpetual over you to the Day of Judgment, what god is there other than God, who can give you a night in which ye can rest? Will ye not then see?

[036:040] It is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: Each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law).

[010:006] Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day, and in all that God hath created, in the heavens and the earth, are signs for those who fear Him.

[003:190] Behold! in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day,- there are indeed Signs for men of understanding,-

02- Night is the absence of daylight / full of darkness :

[079:029] And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof.

[017:078] Keep up prayer from the declining of the sun till the darkness of the night and the morning recitation; surely the morning recitation is witnessed.

[028:071] Say: Tell me, if Allah were to make the night to continue incessantly on you till the day of resurrection, who is the god besides Allah that could bring you light? Do you not then hear?
