Benthamite Utilitarianism

Hi everyone. I've noticed a few posters label themselves as utilitarians beneath their avatar. I'm interested to know whether any would defend Bentham's original conception. Are there any act utlilitarians out there? Would any advocate the murder of one, so that his organs could be used to satisfy five awaiting donation? Or hang an innocent prisoner for murder to relieve public anxiety?

If not, which philosopher provides the best utilitarian model?

Nietzsche

Of course Friedrich.
I prefer just Nietzsche. Or Gwynplaine. Gwyn would do fine too, if you please.

Yes. Though I'd argue it would be better to make organ donation an opt-out rather than opt-in program.

Or hang an innocent prisoner for murder to relieve public anxiety?
People are always anxious about something, so this doesn't sound like a good idea. I mean, I approve of solving problems through murder, but this seems like it sets dangerous precedence.
