Can a 20 question quiz guess your religious and spiritual beliefs with accuracy? Take the quiz then post your results and tell us if you think they are correct or not. Have fun! :)
Gosh darn! I took the test and then lost the results. Anyway, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints came in #1 (surprise, surprise), followed by Jehovah's Witnesses (big surprise - didn't expect that), then Liberal Protestants (yeah, I can see that), Conservative Protestants (Wow! I guess I worship the same Jesus Christ as the Baptists do after all! :biglaugh: ), Baha'i Faith (thought it would be higher on the list), Eastern Orthodoxy, Roman Catholicism and Orthodox Judaism also scored pretty high. In all of these cases, my percentage of agreement in doctrines was over 67%.

For those of you who know me, what do you think of this list? I'm especially curious about Orthodox Judaism being #1.
Orthodox Judaism was #6 on my list, Nutshell. It's interesting that it's #1 on yours. So, when are you going to convert?

I'm investigating right now. ;)

But, don't we (LDS) consider ourselves Jews by adoption? I guess it fits when you think of it that way. :)

Although these surprised me:
2. Jehovah's Witness (89%)
3. Bahá'í Faith (74%)

6. Sikhism (68%)
7. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (66%)
8. Islam (59%)
9. Orthodox Quaker (56%)

Kind of interesting mix there.

The "test" is not only an indication of where your own beliefs lie in the realm of organized religion. These other listings should cause you to realize how similar other belief systems are to your own. It doesn't mean that you are, for example, 70% Orthodox Jew. It simply means that you share approximately 70% of the same beliefs.

Are you still surprised?

Absolamootly right on. I've taken this before, but this is the first time that I've seen UU not be #2 or #3 in my results. These results are concentrated in the top tier of the dharmic religions, which shows me I'm absorbing the dharma quite thoroughly (yay!).

I'm also happy to see Hinduism at #2 in my results, since I've been doing more studies on the "mother" of my beliefs and practices. :flower:

My results have shifted; to be frank I don't know where and how.............
1. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (100%)
2. Unitarian Universalism (99%)
3. Liberal Quakers (94%)
4. Orthodox Quaker (77%)
5. Hinduism (75%)
6. Reform Judaism (75%)
7. Neo-Pagan (74%)
8. Mahayana Buddhism (72%)
9. Theravada Buddhism (71%)
10. New Age (66%)
11. Sikhism (63%)
12. New Thought (61%)
13. Jainism (58%)
14. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (57%)
15. Seventh Day Adventist (55%)
16. Secular Humanism (55%)
17. Bahá'í Faith (54%)
18. Scientology (54%)
19. Eastern Orthodox (50%)
20. Orthodox Judaism (50%)
21. Roman Catholic (50%)
22. Taoism (49%)
23. Islam (42%)
24. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (37%)
25. Nontheist (34%)
26. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (28%)
27. Jehovah's Witness (20%)

Another 'oddity' is 28% Mormonism, which is far less than I would have expected.
