The city of Clifton is not going to the dogs. At least not if the City Council has anything to do about it. Later this month, the council is expected to introduce an ordinance setting a limit on how long dogs can bark.


Finally!! There is nothing worse then hearing those stupid little rat type dogs bark for 2 hours straight!

Noisy canines will be defined as those that bark for more than 30 minutes on two consecutive days. According to the article a person has to go to court and sign a complaint

They make barking collars. No they do not shock. They spray a scent they do not like and they can be trained in about a week. The collars only have to come out now and again shortly after that.

Where I live, just about everyone has guns. Shooting your neighbors dog is a real bad idea.
