As persons, our minds are our own, do some become to attached to their memories and the detriment of their own becoming? it is unhealthy to hold to the past; if life is evolving? moving?

I think it's just as important to consider the past as a part of yourself as it is to exist in the present.

It is healthy to hold on to attachments, but being attached to them will only bring discontent. If your life revolves around your memories, you would give up control of your life, you would be a slave to your past.
