I read a bit , .........well I read quite a lot ,

to be honest I wish I hadent !

yes, ...... it would take a westerner or a gaggle of westerners to take wonderfull teachings like those of the buddha , and a far out tradition like tibetan tantra , and pick and mix their favorite bits and cut up the teachings to fit in around the western life ..and whilst they are at it , re write the eight fold path , ...... and probably think that they are doing the world a favour ......I hope I am wrong !
if I say any more I will sound hidiously sarcastic , so I will shut up !!!

I am sure they mean well and they have received some benifit and are good people at heart and all that nice stuff .....

but , I am going to log of and go and read a book
