Anyone good with PHP?

Hey all, I'm doing a group project for programming with PHP. We are doing a computer vending machine.

Anyway on the programming side another in my group gave me this file,

I need to do the graphics side of things, I need to turn what I have been given into something that actually looks more like a vending machine.

I have the graphics I will use done, my problem is I don't know how to integrate that with the code I have been given.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't have a manual, I was just given a file from another in my group.
