Neo-Pagan use of prayer beads is not bothersome to me.
I have not seen any copy of neo - Pagan prayer beads yet.

What is the meaning of 19 and 5 beads in a Baha'i prayer beads?

The numbers 5, 9, 19 and 95 show up with some frequency in Baha'i Writings.

The Bab, the Prophet-Herald in our faith, his name adds up to 5.
Baha'u'llah, the Prophet-Founder, his name adds up to 9.

In order to have a community, there has to be a minimum of 9 adult members, and there are 9 members on each of our elected bodies.

Some verses or sayings or short prayers can be repeated 95 times, and 19 * 5 = 95, which is why the beads are arranged in that manner.

We are encouraged to meditate, but no specific form is given, and some Baha'is use prayer beads as an aid in that as well.

Well, for the sake of completeness I ought to mention the Orthodox prayer rope, which is generally made of knotted yarn:

and the lestovka, which is made of leather:

Both are used to count repetitions of the Jesus Prayer.
