We all created our nations on pride and dignity and wellbeing, and then we added good moments with religion.
THe hope lies within you and your pride to create a good reality for the future. Don't give up on yourself and take education further to avoid religion to crush inhabitants, but create a future for the ones to come.
Yes we need religions teachings but we don't need to crush someone's hope with it.

I disagree.

Nations were made by wealthy elite groups selling ideas to the public in exchange for the public's support. Pride and dignity and well-being may as well just be token words used by politicians to dumb down the confused masses into complacency. Religion and government walk hand in hand to dominate the minds of the populace, and they do a great job with it (a very impressive, awe-inspiring job, even).

Everything is as it should be, until what should be finally changes.

Yes bureaucraty is a hypocryte, so is religion. We know that every new idea created is a flaw to make life's better, and now everyone want your idea. Every idea made is made in silence and in close to death existance, not in the hands of a virtued space. So are you suppose to get all you want? No, but by making new ideas, you might be able to be a success in a bureaucraty, rather than a slave to society, this is what religion is based on. You are a slave, now work to get up there. If you can't then it's someone who misguided you or mislead you into thinking everything is cheap. New ideas is invented by democracy, and we will all picture you in harmony with yourself if you make it that way, it's your choice.
