A Woman in Need

A woman came today in need,
so many tears and fears expressed,
another impossible human situation,
we did what we could,
gave her some numbers,
helped her out in other ways,
but so much worry and pain,
her life changed as they say on a dime.

Sometimes all you can do is take a deep breath
