Apparently There Are 4 Kinds of Introversion
Came across this article a while back. I think I probably fall under all of those categories to a degree. But the "thinking" or "restrained" subsets are probably the most prominent ones. I have found in conversation hard to describe exactly how many introversion manifests but thinking about a number of different types of introversion will help me be more articulate in describing myself and my personality to friends, family and mental health professionals.
