I’m glad you asked! I was wondering whether people recognize that it’s Frank Sinatra. He was arrested in 1938 on morals charges. Initially the charge was “seduction”--a woman he had been dating, who claimed to be of “good repute,” complained that he had had sex with her after promising to marry her (she had earlier had a miscarriage); Sinatra already had a girlfriend, who subsequently became his first wife.
