I went back to the other forum I had been posting on about 10 days ago. I check in here once in a while but it is difficult for me to keep up on both forums, given my schedule. I was thinking of inviting you to that forum. That forum is mostly nonbelievers and a few Christians, an occasional Buddhist and Jew, me and one other Baha'i. They really like new posters, and the forum owner is an atheist... (Continued)

We would welcome your company if you wanted to stop by. It is a fairly small group of regular posters so it is a very personal and tight knit group. I will send you the link if you want to stop by. New posters are moderated for a few days but after that they can post freely... I miss you so I hope you can join us... Otherwise, I will try to catch you here when I have time...

Okay, I am going to send a private message about you to the forum owner and i will probably hear back from him. He and I do not see eye to eye on religion, esp. Baha'i, but he is quite personable and likes meeting new people. He is a physics professor with a PhD, a scientist. ;-)

Forum seems to have a problem with my set up password, and to be honest I don't really like the format of the site - which is one thing that attracted me here - the versatility of the forum and customisation allowed - Moth would have been my chosen name but some fly-by-night nicked that, lol

There are things about this forum that I like and things about the Delphi Forums that I like. Once you get set up it is easier to post there because it is really simple. They also have a Delphi Support and they are very helpful. I mostly like that forum because there are fewer posters and it is more personal, but I will still try to post here when I have time.

The thing is, I don't exactly see myself as ever changing my views on religious beliefs - with mostly an agnostic position with regards any creator or creative force but no belief in religions at all (I am really firm on this) - such that I also can accept that others will have such beliefs and mainly I don't see it as my duty to try to change such views. I tend to get involved out of keeping my mind active.

So this site to me is more about that - keeping my mind active, and also in more socialising. Meeting others such as yourself is a bonus and I really don't want to get into a smaller community with more focused topics - especially concerning religious beliefs. Anyway, I hope you consider me a new friend or 'brother' (being so similar) so we will have to just manage as we are unless you would like to email.

The thing is, I don't exactly see myself as ever changing my views on the Baha’i Faith, because I believe in God and that Baha’u’llah was a Messenger of God... But I do not consider myself religious, rather I try to be spiritual. I do not see it as my duty to change anyone’s views. I am on forums because I like people and I need something to distract me and keep me busy so I won’t get depressed. ;-)
