Chiefly perhaps in Jesus' teaching on how to behave towards others in order to "love your neighbor as yourself," and the example He provided by His life. Although the teaching on how to be kind to others is all over the Scriptures, the next place I'd look would be the Wisdom Literature, Sirach, Proverbs, and the Wisdom of Solomon are filled with this sort of information. Sirach being my favorite I'll quote some of his wisdom:

"O son, help your father in his old age, and do not grieve him as long as he lives; even if he is lacking in understanding, show forbearance; in all your strength do not despise him. For kindness to a father will not be forgotten, and against your sins it will be credited to you; in the day of your affliction it will be remembered in your favor; as frost in fair weather, your sins will melt away."

"My son, deprive not the poor of his living, and do not keep needy eyes waiting. Do not grieve the one who is hungry, nor anger a man in want. Do not add to the troubles of an angry mind, nor delay your gift to a beggar. Do not reject an afflicted suppliant, nor turn your face away from the poor. Do not avert your eye from the needy, nor give a man occasion to curse you; for if in bitterness of soul he calls down a curse upon you, his Creator will hear his prayer."

"A pleasant voice multiplies friends, and a gracious tongue multiplies courtesies."

"Do not abuse a servant who performs his work faithfully, or a hired laborer who devotes himself to you."

"Give a daughter in marriage; you will have finished a great task. But give her to a man of understanding."

"Do not reproach a man who is turning away from sin; remember that we all deserve punishment."

"Do not rejoice over any one’s death; remember that we all must die."

"Never dine with another man’s wife, nor revel with her at wine; lest your heart turn aside to her, and in blood you be plunged into destruction."

"Question a friend, for often it is slander; so do not believe everything you hear. A person may make a slip without intending it. Who has never sinned with his tongue?"

"Lend to your neighbor in the time of his need; and in turn, repay your neighbor promptly."

"A good man will be surety for his neighbor, but a man who has lost his sense of shame will fail him."

And in many more circumstances of life he discusses, and the other books also, how to act right towards others.

It's not in the bible, but I think you may find something insightful on the subject in a book called Tomer Devorah. If you're interested I'll look for it and type out the entry on kindness.

A good chapter is 1 Corinthian 13:
Love never gives up.
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have.
Love doesn’t strut,
Doesn’t have a swelled head,
Doesn’t force itself on others,
Isn’t always “me first,”
Doesn’t fly off the handle,
Doesn’t keep score of the sins of others,
Doesn’t revel when others grovel,
Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,
Puts up with anything,
Trusts God always,
Always looks for the best,
Never looks back,
But keeps going to the end.
