I am in some crowd video on the Motorhead FB page. I would post it, but that would reveal my secret identity. Of course, I am 125 lbs lighter and my hair is an inch long now and not down to my butt like it was then. So I am still an unrecognizable rabbit.

(It's cool, I was playing. I've been gone for so long, people forget some of the crazy stuff I come up with, maybe.)
That reminds me. When I went to see Slayer for the first time Exodus was the opener followed by Suicidal Tendencies. We were in this club called the Pageant. An excellent venue and very intimate in relation to the acts. You can get close enough to shake their hands. So the lead singer for Exodus at the time, looks at the audience, raises his finger and says "Let's get that pit a goin'". The next thing you know, I am 40 feet from where I was standing. It was tremendous. Just caught in this surge of the crowd that lasted the rest of the show. And people were the nicest, politest I have ever experienced at a concert. Just raw energy and fun. Nobody looking for a bad time.
So I am telling my physical therapist about it the next day during a session. She just looks at me and says "Good grief (name redacted), you're not 16 anymore". We are the same age. I explained that I thought it was some of the best therapy for my back that I had outside of those sessions. I felt great.

not all that much. Buyers often expect to update homes,
& that figures into purchase offers.

Or in some cases it allows them to tear down an otherwise protected home and put up something more modern. I have seen a house sell for more because it was condemned.
