Being a good debater doesn't necessarily make one a good president, however I suspect how well one does in a debate affects a lot of voter's choice.

The best people for political positions in my opinion are those who went through real pain and real sorrow in their lives.

The sad part is that will never happen when it comes to national positions of power.
