climate change
(And I think this is about the 4th time I've mentioned climate change in this thread)
I do not think there is anyone who does not
understand that climate changes.
Is there some specific thing she says about it
that you find to be uniquely "intellectually honest'?
Her statements on Dorian?
Something in here?
There are a lot of diseases that are frozen in some of these glaciers. That scientists fear that there’s a lot of diseases that could escape these melted glaciers that were frozen for thousands of years. And that they’re going to get into our water. And that humans could contract them. And they are going to be diseases that are thousands of years old that have vectors that we are not prepared for, that we have never seen. So, that’s a concern.
“
every coastal city will go underwater,”
and of course that-
the Midwest and large swaths of the rest of the country will experience drought, and the sun will scorch Earth so much that we won’t be able to grow crops.
Anyone with a bit of education knows that people
have been pretty good over the centuries, at
causing some of it. See "desertification".
That chance that she is an expert of climate
is hovering about the negative minus zero range.
It is plain impossible that there are not a great
many people in DC who are far better informed.
Anyway, "climate change" is NOT an example of
intellectual honesty. it is two words.
ETA read that "disease in glacier" thing and see if
you can find fault in it. Anything?
