We probablly wouldn't need reservations as it will Monday night and we are a relatively small group not going into "fine dining".

I have a step daughter who lived in Frederiskburg and Gail and I will ask her for an opinion, if that helps to confirm your research. Hehehe and if her tastes can be trusted.

Sorry guys, I was busy at work yesterday and didn't have internet connection at home last night. Can someone fill me in on what's been decided? The thread is too confusing.

Where are we meeting? When? And Becky, do you need a ride? If our meeting place is near a metro station, I would rather metro. (I am trying to be a good, environmentally conscious UU.) If it's not near a station I will be driving and happy to pick you up in my gas-guzzling pick-up. (Bad UU! Bad! <slaps own wrist>)

As for pictures, I may opt out. Hope that does not preclude me from joining you guys.

We have two meeting scheduled. The first on Monday night in Fredericksburg. The second on Tuesday morning for a DC driving tour and lunch.

Becky will be at Franconia-Springfiedl metro for a drive down and back to Fredericksburg where the group from Richmond and Hampton Road can meet her. You could do the driving or you could be a passanger in my car to Fredericksburg if that's what you'd like.

Tuesday is an open meeting place but we can make arrangements to include you or any one else in our excursion around DC

P.S. you don't have to TAKE pictures but we'd love tpo have you in the ones we take

Thanks! I am definately up dinner on Monday evening. Tuesday will have to depend on how much writing I get done between now and then.

Actually, I quite like TAKING pictures; it's being IN them that I may want to opt out of, especially if they will be shared on the interweb. We'll see how I fee that day, but I would like everyone's word that my wishes will be respected.

I'm afraid your nose will be too shiny to appear in pictures. We'll send you to the powder room when the camera's come out.
