What is the New Covenant?

And what is the biblical basis (if any) for that?
John 6:54 Whoever partakes of My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.
55 For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed.
56 He who partakes of My flesh and drinks My blood dwells in Me, and I in him.
57 As the living Father has sent Me, and I live through the Father, so he who partakes of Me, even he shall live by Me.

John 17:1 Jesus spoke these words and lifted up His eyes to Heaven and said, Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son so that Your Son also may glorify You,
2 even as You have given Him authority over all flesh so that He should give eternal life to all You have given Him.
3 And this is life eternal, that they might know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.

I must be missing something, but I don't see the part where it says we will live with him.
The part where He says He will raise them up on the last day?
John 6:39 And this is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all which He has given Me I should lose nothing but should raise it up again at the last day.
40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes on Him should have everlasting life. And I will raise him up at the last day.

Jesus was raised up to return to His Father. So will we (the saints) be raised up to be with Him.
1Corinthians 6:14 And God has both raised up the Lord, and also will raise us up by His own power.
Unless we are with Him, it doesn't seem we (the saints, His servants) would be able to see His face...
Revelation 22:1 And he showed me a pure river of Water of Life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2 In the midst of its street, and of the river, from here and from there, was the Tree of Life, which bore twelve fruits, each yielding its fruit according to one month. And the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3 And every curse will no longer be; but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His servants will serve Him.
4 And they will see His face, and His name will be in their foreheads
.
5 And there will be no night there. And they need no lamp, or light of the sun; for the Lord God gives them light. And they will reign forever and ever.

But what is it?

People keep explaining it's something this person is bound to, or done by so-and-so, but what is it? (I know, but I'd like to see others interpretation of it)

covenant >noun 1 a solemn agreement. 2 a contract by which one undertakes to make regular payments to a charity. 3 an agreement held to be the basis of a relationship of commitment with God. >verb agree or pay by covenant.
-DERIVATIVES covenantal >adjective.
-ORIGIN Old French, 'agreeing', from Latin convenire 'come together'.

Christians live under a DIFFERENT covenant with God than did Moses, for example.

I use the word "bound". It can be changed if you'd rather use another.:D I'm quite comfortable saying that I'm bound to Jesus Christ.

I'm not required to live underneath the "old" laws...the laws and covenant which was estasblished prior to Christ. I'm to live my life following Christ. Many of the laws are still the same, such as the ten commandments, however I am charged to love my brothers and sisters first and foremost and when I do so, I am fulfilling the laws.

And of course, one of the greatest differences between the old and new covenants...atonement. Christ Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice, and we must ask forgiveness of course, through Christ Jesus.

He's instructed me how to live my life within the New Testament of the Bible which I'm sure you already know;).

I'm curious...specifically what are you looking for?:D

I have always viewed the New Covenant as the New Testament. Consider the following verses:

7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second. 8 Because finding fault with them, He says: “Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— 9 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the LORD. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 11 None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds[a] I will remember no more.”[b]
13 In that He says, “A new covenant, ” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

You're jumping ahead of your logic. Yes, Christ was raised up. And yes, he will raise us up. But neither quote says we will be raised up to be with him, just that we will be "raised" ie resurrected.

Unless we are with Him, it doesn't seem we (the saints, His servants) would be able to see His face...
Revelation 22:1 And he showed me a pure river of Water of Life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

Yes, that one actually works for what you are saying.
