Yesterday I noticed something small, but to me it seemed pretty big. Granted yes it's odd to be having the first bra chat with your mom when you're 30, but then I realized that's something that many girls never get from their mom.

You're supposed to get your mother a gift tomorrow, but I don't know what to get my mom. Nothing material could even come close to expressing my love, appreciation, and gratitude towards her. The best I could ever hope to do is write a song that is 1/32 as good as the Tool songs Wings for Maria/10,000 days, with the lyrics that Maynard James Kenyan wrote is memory of his mother.
And the truly fascinating part, even on this forum, I was complaining over all the torments she put me through. And now she's accepted as me as her daughter to do things together with.
My mommy's way cooler than all y'allz mammas!
