Not all the Muslims are terrorists, but all the terrorists are Muslims....??

Fair point. There are those who claim that nations and governments are by definition incapable of commiting terrorism. I find such thinking very dangerous and unadvisable indeed.
Killing 2000 Palestinians is a terrorizing act, Killing a million innocent people in Iraq is a terrorizing act, Flying with drones over Pakistan where people are afraid to leave there houses is a terrorizing act...

I think it depends on who you talk to, I'm pretty sure Bill Maher and Sam Harris would agree.

The Department of Defense Dictionary of Military Terms defines terrorism as:

The calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological.

By that definition our own governments are the worlds number one terrorists but meanwhile, we can just continue to point fingers at Muslims in order to make us feel better about ourselves.
