So basically you read about it. Why do you believe in one book, and not another? Is it because the bible says so? So basically the bible is right because the bible says so. You realize that is a HUGE logical fallacy right? Because there is no original sin to be saved from.
Why do you believe in Taoism? I believe the Bible is right because God says so.

Okay, what about the sins you and me commit everyday? The times we lie, lust, or whatever else? The times that we screw up, hurt others, hurt otherselves, hurt God. Unfortunatly, we sin... Why do you not believe in the original sin when there is sin all around us??

Jesus Christ if my Lord, my Savior, my brother and my King.
Hes also my: All in All, Santification, Redeemer, Friend, Co-heir, Wisdom, Strength, Tower of Refuge, and much much more.

Where does God say that? In the Bible? So the Bible is right because God says so in Bible? Bit of circular logic there isn't it? Do you have an another source?

Because there is not a single contradiction in its teachings, and it makes sense to me. Buddhism for example would certainly support those criteria.

I believe in no entity defining what's sinful or not. So, I'm free from sin.

Why do you not believe in the original sin when there is sin all around us??[
Well, if you've gotta sin, at least see to that it's original. Much more fun than copy cat sins.

Where does god say so except for within the bible? You see the circular fallacy that surrounds your logic. Inevitably you believe the bible is right because the bible says so. There is no proveable evidence that god said anything. However, Taoism is proveable. There is no anthropomorphic god that may not exist, there is no savior that may not have existed, or done any miracles, there is no book that needs to be followed or believed in, there is no sins to be forgiven from, there is only life. And for those who have become one with Tao, peace. Why want for anything more?

You call them sins, I call them human nature. Do I think they are right? Not necessarily, but I definitely do NOT believe them to be sinful in nature and needed to be saved from.

That's lovely. I feel bad that you put so much of yourself into a being that may not exist. But I allow you to have that belief. And I hope that your spiritual journey is blessed. All I wish is for the same in return. Thank you.

Ahhh, c'mon M.V.! Some of my favourite people in life are almost entirely fictional. I hope you'll let me have that one, too.

It's perfectly fine for superman to be your hero. But not your "All in All, Santification, Redeemer, Friend, Co-heir, Wisdom, Strength, Tower of Refuge, and much much more." And the same goes for this fictional god fellow people keep talking about. :D

Do ya think superman could beat up God? Or at least put him on the ropes for a round or two?
I think that would be a great comic. But didn't superman fight zeus back in the eighties? And lose? Or am I mistaken?

However, Taoism is proveable.
Oh, really... And how is that?

You call them sins, I call them human nature.
They're both. The correct term is sinful nature (Our sinful human nature).

And for those who have become one with Tao, peace.
Do you honestly feel at peace? Feel satisfied? Complete? I've personally experienced peace beyond understanding... Can you say the same? Not only peace, but do you have joy? How about hope? Can you say that you are confident that your journey will end positively?

There is no anthropomorphic god that may not exist, there is no savior that may not have existed, or done any miracles, there is no book that needs to be followed or believed in, there is no sins to be forgiven from, there is only life.
Jesus came so that we might have life more abundantly. Death is a choice. Those that reject the Son of God choose death. And why do you think that God doesn't exist? And why do you believe Jesus didn't exist?

That's lovely. I feel bad that you put so much of yourself into a being that may not exist.
What's your proof that He doesn't exist? Why do you believe Taoism is the way? I know for sure that God exists. Why are you a Taoist?

There is no proveable evidence that god said anything.
Where is your evidence? I believe God said those things, because I have come to find out that every word is true. I have experienced it... that is the greatest proof in the world.

But I allow you to have that belief.
And You can have your belief... its your decision...

Because there is not a single contradiction in its teachings, and it makes sense to me. Buddhism for example would certainly support those criteria.
Where are these "contradictions" in the Bible?

Tao is nature, the way nature works, the energy that makes up the universe, etc... There is no leap of faith needed to believe in an anthropomorphization.

You call them sins, I call them human nature.
They're both. The correct term is sinful nature (Our sinful human nature).
No, the correct term is human nature. No sin involved.

And for those who have become one with Tao, peace.

Honestly, ABSOLUTELY! Now that I don't have guilt from worrying about some original sin that I had absolutely nothing to do with, yes, I am fully at peace.

There is no anthropomorphic god that may not exist, there is no savior that may not have existed, or done any miracles, there is no book that needs to be followed or believed in, there is no sins to be forgiven from, there is only life.

Jesus came so that people would stop fighting over technicalities and start living simply and peacefully. Death is not a choice, everyone dies. (birth should be illegal, no one has survived it yet :D) I already told you why I don't think your god exists. There is no proveable evidence for it. Do you believe in Lupercus? If not, you will understand why I don't believe in yours.

That's lovely. I feel bad that you put so much of yourself into a being that may not exist.
What's your proof that He doesn't exist? Why do you believe Taoism is the way? I know for sure that God exists. Why are you a Taoist?
I don't need proof that god doesn't exist. That lack of evidence that he does is more than comprimising. I believe Taoism is the way because that is exactly what it means. HAHA! Tao literally means "The Way". It's such a simple philosophy, why anyone wouldn't undersand it, or agree with it is beyond me. Oh, and I believe everyone is a Taoist, they just get too confused and caught up in semantics to realize it.

There is no proveable evidence that god said anything.
Where is your evidence? I believe God said those things, because I have come to find out that every word is true. I have experienced it... that is the greatest proof in the world.
Words are human creations. Imperfect, and fallable. How is that evidence for a perfect and infallable being? You believe every word is true, that's fine. But that means squat to someone who finds them to be false. What you experience is Tao, you just falsely attribute it to some being you wish to exist.

But I allow you to have that belief.
And You can have your belief... its your decision...
Wonderful. Now let's have some tea.
