The Bible does not say the "forbidden fruit" in the garden of Eden was an apple. It does not specify what kind of fruit it was.

The Bible does not say "God helps he who helps themselves."

The Bible does not say "Money is the root of all evil."

Here is another example to help.
It does not say that Mary rode a donkey to Bethlehem.

The Bible doesn't say that three wise men visited Jesus when he was a baby.We only get that number because of the three different gifts.

I've got a couple, but they're both controversial:

The bible does not say that God is a trinity.

The bible does not say that abortion is wrong.

Oh and the bible does not say that Jesus was born on December 25th.

And then I have a couple questions, which may or may not be further answers to your question depending on the answers:

Where in the bible does it say that God is omniscient?

Where in the bible does it say that God is omnipotent?

Regarding omniscience:

All it says is that God sees everything we do; it doesn't say that God knows what we're thinking or what we will do.

It just says the Lord has a lot of understanding that He didn't get from someone else. Again, no mention of omniscience.

It sounds to me more like God making His will known to us, not the other way around.

I see no passages here that say God know's what we're thinking or what we will do. To me, that would be a big gaping hole in the "all-knowing" claim.

Regarding omnipotence:

Yes, it looks like all you did was search for the word "almighty." (Except for the first citation, Acts 15:18 - "that have been known for ages", and my guess is that there's a typo in the citation. ) So you're entire argument for God's omnipotence rests on the meaning of the word "almighty." Given what the verses actually say, I would argue that "almighty" simply means that God is very powerful. It does not mean that God can do anything and everything. It does not mean that God is omnipotent.

I find it very interesting that you cited only verses from the "Old Testament" for omniscience and only verses from the New testament for omnipotence.
