Fox news: Trump will be reinstated to Twitter

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
So you would be okay if someone ran into your church during service while screaming "Hail Satan!"? Or, if you owned a restaurant, would you allow a customer to scream slurs and obscenities at other customers and your employees?
How does someone interrupt an internet forum?

By running into a paragraph? ?

I am a meat eater, but I can understand why a restaurant will be "Vegan only". Vegan, kosher, and halal food all have one thing in common. They cannot be mixed in any way with food that does not have that qualification. So a restaurant cannot cook ,non-kosher meat on the same grill that cooks kosher meat. Or have even the same spatula use on turning a halal burger as turns a some bacon. To do both of any of them requires almost two separate kitchens. Very few restaurants have that luxury.
This wasn't even a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. It was Cracker Barrel, which is southern country themed. The new item in question is/was meatless sausage patties, which is/was offered as an option alongside the traditional pork sausage patty. For whatever reason this upset some conservatives. Only in America would dietary choices be politicized.

Yes, although other things can happen under capitalism, such as hostile takeovers, which is what's happened to Twitter.

Twitter's banning of Trump triggered Musk's buyout and self-destruction of Twitter. Musk doesn't seem to care about the amount of money he's losing on this deal; it appears he did it purely out of spite and revenge over Twitter banning Trump.

From a purely capitalistic point of view, the banning of Trump may have caused worse damage to Twitter than if they had not banned him at all. If, as you say, it's just about money, then it appears that the former leadership of Twitter made an incredibly bad and short-sighted decision which led to their company's demise. Does that sound like a wise business decision? Do they think it was worth it?
I agree. Truth be told I was never a Twitter user so ultimately I don’t really care if it dies or not.
I’m just watching the car crash, eating my popcorn lol
Musk may not care how much money he loses. But he’s seemingly lost in the court of public opinion. There seems to be 10 news stories everyday about how awful a boss he’s been. But if that’s what he wants to do, then more power to him

No. But that is the implication.. comparatively by asking....

Okay, how about if they ask to lead a prayer to Satan in their church? Would declining their request violate free speech?

Golly. You should explain that to Elon Musk literally the world's richest man.
Nah, watching it crash and burn is more entertaining.
As for being the richest, he won't be for long if he continues to impulsively squander money and mismanage all of his businesses.

I'm not under the impression that a religious institution would be privy to free speech in the first place. Most are openly closed by design and declaration.

Such a person could likely be chided and thrown out by the group.

If your implying Twitter is/was like that, then it was never intended to be a platform for free speech in the first place and ought to be announced as such.

"my family won’t be able to dine there because the troves of hippy stoner vegetarian lib cucks will now be invading my favorite chain restaurant and pushing their immoral commie lifestyle on me and my children"

Please tell me this is satire.

Poe's Law: when something (in this case American conservatives) is so ridiculous that parodies are indistinguishable from the real thing.

His MAGA choir followed him over to Truth Social, so there's no point.

Elon flushed 44 bil to "own the libs".

Certain élites used to benefit from a thought police that used to censor any message or information that could expose certain unmentionable truths, on Twitter. Before EM took over.
