Satanists Claim Abortion a Religious Ritual

All animals that have evolved to live in societal groups have evolved the ability to differentiate between right and wrong behaviours, which is the definition of morality.
Well right behavior for a wolf pack is tearing apart a living moose, so I'm not sure how this could be defined as morality.

This is also not an argument for enslaving women by taking away their bodily autonomy, since this would also traumatise them, enough women are surely on record telling us this, not that it needed saying, so the obvious answer is to let the woman decide for herself. If a woman suffers emotional trauma then we should help her come to terms with it, not enslave her to your own views.
So I guess the same would apply to anyone? If it helps my mental state to cut off my fingers that should be legal? Or do you want to enslave me to your version of morality?

So it is morally acceptable to a wolf, which is hardly a surprise since their survival would be less likely otherwise? So I'm not sure what you're struggling with? Unless you harbour the errant notion that morals are absolutes, and not subjective?

Can you demonstrate this to be the case? Only I can see sound reasons why that action might be pernicious.
Or do you want to enslave me to your version of morality?

I'd be inclined to suggest someone seek medical advice first though, just to be sure that the desire isn't because they are crazier than a box of frogs. Are you under the impression that self mutilation is illegal? I remember a famous British mountaineer and explorer suffered severed frostbite, and his doctors refused to amputate his fingers, suggesting he wait to see how well they would heal. He went to the shed one day and used a saw himself, and claimed he was in a lot less pain afterward. Though inadvisable of course it's food for thought.

While you have all your digits you might also want to look up reductio ad absurdum fallacies, and slippery slope fallacies. You might find these edifying, if you read them with an open mind.

The Satanic abortion ritual provides spiritual comfort and affirms bodily autonomy, self-worth, and freedom from coercive forces with the affirmation of TST's Seven Tenets. The ritual is not intended to convince a person to have an abortion. Instead, it sanctifies the abortion process by instilling confidence and protecting bodily rights when undergoing the safe and scientific procedure.

I find the music from the video a bit disturbing.

Do you think abortion should be protected as a religious right?
God bless satanists.

Point one:
Why stop with abortions? If they're protected so is human sacrifice.

Second point:
Whether you agree with abortion as a right or not. What kind of sick religion thinks it's a sacrament?

Did you read anything from the provided link? You seem to be jumping to a conclusion. I earlier stated the tread title is misleading. They don't claim it's a ritual but a right. And they offer comfort rituals for their members if they so wish for them.

Furthermore, what kind of demented religion forces it's tenets on to nonbelievers and nonmembers?

It's nonsensical to say that abortion is a religious right if it has nothing to do with your religion. It's a slippery slope argument even more than I thought.

It's perceived as a right because a person's body in inviolable and at the will of an individual alone. Being a fetus is part of the impregnated it is considered a right for that person in regards to their religion.

Describe a "comfort" ritual.

Strange how you defended abortion as a human sacrifice when you claimed in the other post that it was not.
