Sat in a restaurant there that looked out at that building. The person I was with ordered lobster. Looking out the window I saw someone from the kitchen walking out and buying lobster from a lobster fisherman there.
Now that is fresh seafood.
I envy you. I will have to do something to remedy that.

summer, but it is crowded. Bearskin neck is a tourist hot spot, but great seafood. But you can get the same in restaurants near the pier in Boston too. Same can happen in Maine or the shore coast of New Hampshire

There is a restaurant near us that specialises in trout. Order trout and they go out and catch one. That's fresh. The trick is they have a netted enclosure, they catch the trout during the day and put them in the enclosure
