If a tornado went crashing through a junkyard and left behind a Boeing 747, fully fueled and ready to go, would that be a fluke?

Tornado does not have an inbuilt natural selection mechanism determining what it leaves behind. A more apt comparison would have been the partially predictable formation of complex ice crystals in winter.

A process of natural selection?
That's the idiom.

You have a species of critter, whose members are similar but not identical. Let us, for the sake of example, say the climate becomes drier. Then the dearth of water may affect some of our critters worse than others. The worse will have more deaths, fewer survivors, so their genes will be less represented in the ensuing generations. The better will have fewer deaths and more survivors, so their genes will be better represented in the ensuing generations.

See? Natural selection ─ those fitter for their circumstances are better at passing on their genes than the others are. The circumstances are the determining factor ─ no intelligent designer pixies need apply.

LOL... I like that.:) Have we been able to produce life in a beaker yet? I mean, without cheating the process?
Nope, not yet.

Have we been able to create new species of animals by magic yet? Any progress reported from the "creation science" folks?

Nobody on this team are trying to whip up additional critters, or none that don't come naturally. Yours is a theory that has yet to be proven, but I'm not saying you are wrong. It would be a miracle nonetheless. ;)

Ooh, why didn't you tell us that you are scientifically illiterate?

How often do ice crystals evolve into scientists and engineers?
What's so special about scientists and engineers. Ice crystals, stars or humans or bacteria are all various arrangements of matter having certain sets of properties on virtue of these arrangements. How we are arranged is different from how the sun or the ice crystal is arranged... thus bestowing different types of features and properties on each of these different forms of matter.

It has been said "we are star stuff."

I've never figured out why the churches don't run vast research programs so we can do our own miracles instead of bothering the Olympians or whoever.

It can't be that they lack faith, can it?

Don't know. Maybe it isn't necessary.
