What is it with Radical Muslims and beheadings?

I know it's not right to hate Islam, because it's large, and doing so is racist... So then, how do we know for sure which Muslims to hate, if that's what we're supposed to do?

I wonder if @columbus can provide some insight into this? How does a human being rationalize something so abhorrent? It seems unnatural to me?

I don't care if you hate ISIS. I care if you conflate ISIS with all of Islam. Does that clarify it for you?

So, IOW, beheadings don't bother you..?

...Because to me, it seems disrespectful to the max.
I'm with you Landon... not sure if it's helpful, but, I think Islamic beheadings are possibly the worst of the worst...

That still leaves me unsatisfied... I'm the kind of person who needs to dig deep, to the core of it all.

Because...I can't just hate ISIS...I have to hate Boko Haram, Islamic Jihad, and all the other ones too... So that means I hate an *entire segment* of Islam.

...So let's identify this segment.

More disrespectful than the electric chair? Weird cultural chauvinism there.

The electric chair hasn't been used since 1963. There have been hundreds, or thousands of beheadings since 1963.

...Try again.
...We should be identifying *actual* problems.

I remember reading about when the guillotine was first introduced, and it was seen as more humane than previous forms of execution. It's probably more humane than the electric chair or hanging - and possibly even lethal injection, considering some of the mishaps they've had with that.

Maybe a firing squad would be better.

Why does a religion need to kill at all?

Radicle is from the word root. What is the root of it.

The truth is there are many beheading crimes and they seem to be often Islamic related.
One opinion in Beheading in Islam - Political Islam (where most of the citing are from the life of Mohamed, one citing from the Koran and one citing from the Hadith.)

In the Bible there is a blessing for those Christians who died by beheading in the book of Revelation for their faith.

Do you hate all religious people who commit heinous violence? Or just Muslims?

Or how about people who commit heinous violence for non-religious reasons?

How about the LRA and Anti-balaka

Or the NLFT

Or the army of god, or eastern lightning

Or the phineas priesthood

Or concerned christians

So does that also stretch to hating an entire segment of christianity!

I have a huge problem with any religion, or any religious person who advocates killing someone for their / that religion, specifically.

I've never heard of them in the news. But if they're into killing people, I hate their ideology, and want them all incarcerated.

I don't get why Sharia Law would have ever had an execution method. What kind of religion makes rules for killing?

Stoning? A gruesome hebrew and christian execution method as described in the OT as a punishment for blasphemy, idolatry, adultery and other crimes
