There are even more studies showing those studies to be wrong. But even if that were the case, I don't have children. Do I still have a moral problem?

The thing is, social conservatives know they've lost this cultural battle. They have nothing rational to say on the subject, so when they see us happier and more accepted by society, the only thing they can do besides be silent is to troll or fall back on blind faith.

OK... your non answer has answered. I only hope that you will have the wisdom to keep your own vision of the future to yourself when talking to young people who will likely be hurt knowing that their feelings put them on the outside of your vision of utopia.

Also, I feel sad right now, because when you spoke about diversity in the past, I supported you. And now I am learning that we were not even speaking the same language.

I wish you all the best and I hope that you carefully choose when and how to express your opinions in the real world. Please try to consider potential harm vs. potential gain.

I also have a son that is gay in the non traditional use of the word and I love him to bits, I have never meddled with his choices.

It's not about choices. It's about feelings. How a person feels on the inside.

No thanks, I'll pass. But I won't try to inflict my personal likes and dislikes upon others. But seriously it is amazing how many people try to tell others who they can and cannot love, or like, or merely get it on with.

Thank you, that is indeed a subject that brings up many emotions and It will never be an easy subject to discuss without people taking offense.

I'm not taking offense, I'm just getting all turned on by this tension in the air by such a romantic subject.



If you religious people have strong convictions against this passion erupting, well, I'm not sure what to say.

Why doesn't God do it now?

Why do humans claim that they know this stuff, without anything resembling objective data?
In fact, there is objective data on the subject. People invent religions all the time. And most of us realize that the religions are fiction, except for the one that best matches what they want to believe. Then, theists drop any pretensions of objective data, and expect other people to believe whatever they do, when they don't have any reason to believe that they can share.
