G-D's Son Is Israel- Not Jesus

I also heard that it means, one who wrestles with God. That was because of Jacob wrestling with the angels. His name was changed to Israel.
Another one I heard was Prince of God. I think it was like that...
The first translation is correct.

I love the internal battle Jacob was having with himself and with God, awakening the Pineal gland, which is the master gland located right between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. . And then the name change.

I'm just curious, if God is no respector of persons, why would the literal and physical country of Israel mean anything whatsoever?

Complete contradiction.
They had the ark. God is a respecter of the ark of the covenant. Silly really. Isn't it?

And again bull.

We have the name in surrounding myth, meaning Sun and Sunlight.

And we have rabbinical lore showing the SUN connection to her.

Only you choose to not understand this.

And the site saying her name is in Israel - is Jewish Encyclopedia.

As for Moses - people have even noticed that if you switch around the letters of his name you also get a SUN relation - Moses (משה) becomes Shemmah (שמה).

And of course he got his name from a SUN Pharaoh.

SO, Why? Because the whole Hebrew religion started out as a SUN religion.

YHVH is also a Sun God, and a lot of the myth is taken from surrounding Pagan religions. This is nothing new.

I could care less if you choose not to believe it. It appears to be a fact.

There is far too much obvious sun info in plain sight for it to be bull.

*
Again, not bull and your saying so changes nothing.
We have the name which has nothing to do with sunlight. I gave roots and the text gives meanings. Your inventions are useless. And claiming a point a valid because it is from the Jewish Encyclopedia means you didn't really read what is written there. You might want to recheck the section you are referring to in terms of origin, point of view and agenda.
We have a rabbinical story which pointed to beauty. We have a similar story about Moses which you keep ignoring. Ignoring what you don't like doesn't help your argument. WHen you finally address Moses you step in it big time:

Shemmah is NOT Hebrew for sun (sigh...). You don't even know the Hebrew word for sun and you are trying to make this point? That's embarrassing. I'm embarrassed for you.
And he got his name from a daughter of the Pharaoh, not from the "SUN Pharaoh"
I could care less if you want to ignore facts and evidence; there is far too much obvious information so anyone else can see how ridiculous your position is.

I don't believe it's ridiculous. It's an allegory anyhow. The mind/heart of a human gave birth to the saving light.

It relates to SUN that is a fact.

So is the FACT that the religion was a Sun religion with a Sun God.

Right down to YHVH in his SUN chariot - in the circle of the zodiac - on Hebrew Temple floors.

Psalms 84:11 For a Sun and Shield is YHVH Elohiym; beauty and splendor gives he YHVH, and does not withhold prosperity from those who walk in integrity.

YHVH the Sun in his Sun Chariot, - from an excavated ancient Hebrew Temple floor.

PS - Quit saying I said things that I didn't! I said with Shemmah you get a sun relation again, - and you do. Shem going to light. We have shemesh meaning light, brilliance, and Sun.

The sun relationships are a fact, regardless of your beliefs.

It does not relate to the sun and that is a fact. The zodiac is related to the lunar cycle, which is visible mostly when the sun is down. According to the same verse in Psalms, God is a shield. So your argument, if true for "sun" must also be true for shield and the religion is a shield based religion. Or maybe, because Psalms 104 says that God rides in the chariot of clouds, God is a cloudy day! Psalm 18 says God is a rock -- it must mean we have a rock based religion! And you said that the "sun relation" is from "shemmah" which has nothing to do with sun. Stop claiming things about a language you don't understand. Two words having some of the same letters doesn't mean they are related, especially when the words are in a different order - that you can't see that means that you must think that sun and nut are related. Just flips "nut" and you get "tun" which shares as many letters with "sun" as "moshe" shares with "shemesh": 2.

The sun relation does not exist, regardless of your beliefs.

Your conclusions are a crock.

We have a sun connection - a Sun religion - a Sun God - called such in Tanakh - and even pictures of that Sun God in his sun chariot in mosaics in ancient Jewish Temples.

Cover your eyes in denial much???

As for the chariot, - Sun Gods are often pictured riding in Sun Chariots, representing their movement across the sky (from ancient human perspective.)

And the Hebrew Sun God rides in one in the mosaics.

On and Off the Beaten Track in. . . Hamat Tiberias - Jewish Action

First Person: The Sun God in the Synagogue – Biblical Archaeology Society

Note that the scholarship points to Jewish awareness of the god figures of the Greek world, not an integration of the concept of Sun God into Judaism. Such subtlety is, no doubt, lost on you. You are flailing about with no leg to stand on.

Remember, if you say that the text calls God a Sun God, then it calls him a Rock God as well. You forgot about that...

They didn't have to integrate a Sun God. The reality is that they obviously already had a Sun God. Indeed a rock, God in the Sacred Mountain, where the Sun lives until morning, mythology.

The idea, - that the Jews whom killed their people for foreign God worship, - would make YHVH a Sun, and put that (supposedly) pagan image in their TEMPLES, because the Greeks thought that way, or Greek contact, - is just stupid!

Oh, so the idea that is presented by archaeologists and scholars is "stupid" but your idea that Judaism has a "sun god" because of the same pictures presented by the same archaeologists is smart. Got it.

And if you have actually studied such - you know perfectly well - that scholars have pointed out the Sun God connection, and the Hebrew Pagan past. The straight from Adam - to Moses - and Abraham - and the Jewish religion - is pure bunk. They were Pagan with a Sun God, - and they committed Genocide against their own people over-and-over-and-over, to force them from their old religion, to the new one God religion. Just read Kings. They had a God and Goddess - related to the Sun - as the Bible verses make plain. And the people whom were murdered over and over - felt they were better off under their Pagan religion.

Jer 44:17 But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the Queen of Heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.

Jer 44:18 But since we left off to burn incense to the Queen of Heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine.

You are not even Jewish.

Why do you think you know our religion better than we do?

I've never said I know The Hebrew religion better then Jews.

Tanakh says they worshiped Pagan Gods, including Molech/Moloch. - It tells us they originally had a God and Goddess, - with Kings, etc., telling us the new One God group murdered those whom wished to keep the old religion, - over and over. There are carry-over verses calling YHVH a SUN, traveling across the sky. In other words - there is obviously a Sun God in the religion's past. Also, the probable identity of Moloch with Baal, and the Assyria and Babylonia Malik, and at Palmyra Malach-bel, whom were sun-gods. If you have studied this- then you know the associations of these Gods, and others, with the original Hebrew God, and YHVH.

I know that scholars have tried to connect ancient Judaism (and pre-Judaism) to a number of stone/bronze age cults of named eastern idols. Of course they know better than to take from the text a discussion about post-establishment of the religion and the straying of people from it to prove anything about the pre-establishment concept of god which they claim was imported into the fabric of developing Judaism. The verses you relate had to do with people who left and moved to Egypt and practiced idol worship there. No mention of the sun, just an explicit statement of rejecting God in deference to the Egyptian goddess figure. Why do you think that that has bearing on what was accepted in Judaism? You have made no statement against what Judaism ever was, just one pointing out that people who left it were threatened by God and Jeremiah. God insists he will turn Egypt over to Nevuchadnetzar.

It was a Sun God religion along with all the rest in the region, - live with it!

I don't know what babble you are spewing but Judaism is based on the worship of the one and only G-D.

Yes, there were some Jews who weren't practicing Judaism. That doesn't mean that what they were doing was part of Judaism.

It was a monotheistic religion different from other religions. Live with it!

According to Tanakh - IT BECAME A MONOTHEISTIC RELIGION - with generations of genocide against their own people, who chose to stay with, or bring back, their original God and Goddess.
