What does Leviathan symbolize to the LHP?

Title says it all. I am hoping for a semi-detailed description of what Leviathan represents. Obviously eternal and unstoppable power residing in the choatic waves of subconsiousness. But what in the world does that mean? Is Leviathan the kundalini serpent? Etc etc etc

Well a Leviathan is something very large for its kind or structure.

In terms of the Bible, Leviathan is the Serpant of the Sea and a reminder of the existence of the abyss.

To me Leviathan represents the Deep, or the abyss of the mind and existence. What we lack in awareness we see with intuition and give way to the realm of non-existence.

Leviathan is ageless because it is composite (as the others like Satan, Belial and Lucifer) of the unknown the desire to know.

I always ask myself this question...

"What is worse than not knowing? To live or disappear?"- Dimmu Borgir

But Leviathan dwells within the abyss. So is Leviathan the unstoppable and undying force that lies deep within the mind and can be freed?

Its kind of along the lines of..."You are what you eat".

Haha well I'd say Leviathan eats everything. Therefore Leviathan is The All. Therefore The Absolute is in the abyss of mind, and internal searching (The LHP) is the inclusivistic way to spiritual perfection. The thing is, this does not make sense: Leviathan being The All. The abyss would be The All, and I have no idea where Leviathan stands.

Look:
Satan - The Adversarial power. The rebellion.
Set - The power of Being / Xeper. Becoming your true Self.
The Abyss - The infinitely deep, chaotic waves of the mind. Accessed through the above, it leads to:
Baphomet / Lucifer - A perfect being. Perfect balance, mastery of philosophy, mastery of self, etc etc etc.

Leviathan would fit between The Abyss and Baphomet / Enlightenment. I feel it is the Kundalini serpent of Hinduism. An eternal and ancient power that rests inside each spiritual being and, once released, is an unstoppable force of True Will. So pretty much Leviathan is the Kundalini serpent is what I am saying... haha. Sorry, that is kind of obnoxious rambling.

idk if im lhp or not but ive been posting in the thread a bunch recently so i figured i would weigh in. to me it represents the uncontroable nature of the mind. how human thought consious or unconsious is out strongest most unstopable force. even chained and enslaved the beast is still strong and wild. you can never fully stop the power of the mind and todo so invites disaster.

And once one releases the power it is completely unstoppable and cannot be contained again.

I always thought that the Leviathan of Thomas Hobbes is also relevant. Though his books were about how to "cure" it, he was one of the early people to acknowledge on paper, humanity's innate savagery.

His choice of the name Leviathan was almost certainly inspired by the religious meme.

yes but it can always be directed.

By the individual who controls it and has released it. Leviathan is a power that rests inside the mind (or something), chained up by culture, authorities, religions, etc etc etc.

I say Satan is The Adversary and Lucifer is the illuminated being. They are not the same, in my opinion at least.

I think your thinking too much...when you step back and look at the whole picture...

You will realize what you create.

"You are what you eat" and you are what you learn. Leviathan is not all because he is composite, a being that exists because of generations of addition and remanifestation by us, the beings who allow such "spirits" to exist.

Leviathan is the abyss as much as he resembles it, with that being said a dwelling can only be reflected upon lightly (in terms that it is reflected because of light!).

Yes yes but those who chained the beast can use tools like media and war(any thing that can cause an us vs them mentality)

Right. Although this is an extremely deep symbolism (would you expect anything else haha) it still fits. The media, authorities, etc enslave us (or better yet Leviathan, the truest deepest Self). Breaking away from conformity we free Leviathan. This is LHP thought making the Left Hand Path an inclusivist path for the most part.

Here's my line of though:

The Absolute <= Leviathan <= Enlightenment <= Baphomet / Lucifer <= The Abyss / Awakening Leviathan <= Set <= Satan <= Temporal, unspiritual existence.
