I'm confused. Regarding the virgins that the suicide bombers are supposed to get in 'heaven', is it 75 virgins EACH, or TOTAL? I mean, that's a very serious question that I would want to know the answer to if I were a jihadist. It has serious implications for the motivation of any jihadists, I imagine.

On the flip side, this could be a major ad campaign that stops suicide bombers once and for all. Can you imagine the ads being dropped from the planes and plastered everywhere that reads "STOP! IT'S 75 VIRGINS TOTAL!"

I'm not an expert on Islam or nout, but I believe it's 72 Virgins.


Which now doubles the implications involved, 'cause now you've got three whole Virgins missing!!


Here's a question though, with 72 (let's face it, Females) per every Jihadist (let's face it, Males), where does Allah get the souls for the Virgins?

And don't forget that Jihad isn't limited to military action etc, it just means to strive against struggle, so in many ways every Muslim could be a "Jihadist", since every Human has to combat and overcome suffering etc.

Maybe there's like another 72 Planets on the other end of the Galaxy where God houses all the souls for the Virgins?

Why did you presume the Virgins would be Female?

I mean, it's soooo obvious that Women are supposed to get into Paradise too and that there will be Male Virgins and oher aspects to accomodate her every desire!

You make it sound like the Paradise concept was just to lure Men into signing away their lives for religious "dirty work" and submission, so they could get laid in Paradise in a totally Heterosexual Male-Dominated sex-mad Heaven, that would rival the fantasies of a horny 14 year old!

As far as I know, whereever you go after death, your body stays here. (Or at least bits and pieces)
So you can have all the virgins in the world (Or heaven or whatever), you won't have the tools to play with them anyway..
In the same line of thinking, it's the body they left behind wich was the virgin part.

But since this is heaven, and an incorporeal world, you can't really take their virginity away.
